There will be several homes shown in different price categories, with all of the homes on the tour being hand-picked as the best bargains, at rock-bottom prices. Please keep in mind that bank owned foreclosure (REO) inventory is currently at an all-time high, and there are dozens of other foreclosures in your area. There will be a short 15-minute presentation before the tour where handouts will be passed out, listing the properties to be toured, as well as info for the First Time and Low-Income Homeowner Assistance Programs for the Orange and LA Counties.
